Cost of membership is a one-time initiation fee of $30 and annual dues of $180 (pro-rated depending on when you join). - IRS Practitioner Liaison Program - ASTPS is among professional associations who have been invited to participate in the IRS Practitioner Liaison program. The purpose of the program is to communicate concerns and problems practitioners are facing in dealing with the IRS.
