The American Society of Tax Problem Solvers is the only non-profit organization focused solely on tax problem resolution. If you are planning on or already have incorporated tax resolution into your practice membership with ASTPS is an invaluable resource you cannot afford to overlook.
Why Tax Problem Resolution?
Tax Problem Resolution can be a very lucrative and rewarding addition to your tax practice. In many instances you are helping a taxpayer solve issues that they have been battling with for years. Members time and time again tell us the satisfaction they get from solving their client’s problems validates the time and money they have invested in mastering this skill.
Tax Problem Resolution is not something to be taken lightly. When you accept a case, your client’s financial future is in your hands. You owe it to your client to know all the options and how to execute them efficiently and effectively. That is where ASTPS comes in.
ASTPS was founded to provide training to those willing to take on the task of IRS representation. After investing so much time and money in becoming a CPA, EA, or Attorney why wouldn’t you want to earn the highest fees you can? You are able to take on these cases right now, but first let the American Society of Tax Problem Solvers show you how to do so effectively, responsibly, and profitably.

To represent taxpayers to the IRS you must be a Certified Public Accountant, an Enrolled Agent, or an Attorney. The majority of ASTPS members fall into one or more of these categories. ASTPS also offers an associate membership to those who are not eligible to represent but are still involved in the tax problem resolution industry.
