Course Description

The IRS Tax Forum runs for days. We sent senior tax resolution correspondent Angelene Wierzbic to the event; she sat through the sessions and took notes so you don’t have to.

In one hour, she’ll walk you through the takeaways that matter most to tax practitioners. Where the IRS is headed. How the agency is expanding its use of artificial intelligence. The new Automatic Exemption From Penalty program and how it differs from the penalty relief you already know. Plus the practice tips, procedural details, and lesser-known information she picked up from IRS presenters throughout the Forum.

You’ll walk away knowing:

  • Where the IRS is headed and what practitioners should be watching
  • How the new Automatic Exemption From Penalty program works, and how it differs from existing penalty relief
  • How the IRS is using artificial intelligence now, and where it plans to expand it
  • New IRS tools and technology coming for tax professionals
  • Practice tips and procedural insights from Forum sessions

One hour, and you’re caught up on everything from the Forum that could affect your practice and your clients.
